Dr Y C Chow was officially appointed as Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Hong Kong by the Bahrain Government, with the recognition of the Government of the People's Republic of China on May 10, 2001. Dr Chow is a well-known entrepreneur and is the founder, Chairman of the Hong Kong-based conglomerate Chevalier Group. The company consists of three publicly-listed companies with more than 200 subsidiaries across Asia, North America, and Australia.
